You can build a modular home, but modular manufacturers only partner with local approved builders. 

However, we have a Deliver and Set program that allows you to do much of the work yourself.  The savings can be 25% or more.  If you are familiar with construction then this could be for you.  Section 9 of our Buying Modular Guide explains this option.
